If you want to ensure your guests are fed and refreshed, without providing a full meal, our delivery menu is ideal. There is only so long we can go without a cup of tea or coffee and ensuring there is plenty on hand will enhance your guest’s experience. Our Tea/Coffee service can be self-service or served and can come alone or with a selection of sweet treats like chocolate treats, shortbread, cakes, and doughnuts. We can provide more substantial breakfast items like fruit pots, breakfast rolls, granola and if the occasion calls for it, a decorated occasion cake.
Lunchtime
If your guests are staying for lunch, we have a great selection of healthy and filling options to choose from. We can provide a tea and coffee service with sandwiches and wraps with an optional add-on of finger food to top it off. Canape and Finger Food Selection
Depending on your type of event, finger food and canapes might be suitable for your attendees. We offer a wide selection of delicious bites, ideal as a pick-me-up during a long day or as a pre-dinner treat. We have three menu options for canapes, each with a selection of flavours and textures with something for everyone to enjoy. We can also provide platters of tasty antipasti or fruit, a perfect casual dining option. Each platter is for 6 people and is suitable for receptions of up to 60 guests.
Buffet Menu
If you want to allow guests to help themselves with full control over their menu choices, a buffet is a great option. Guests can help themselves to suit their appetite and with careful planning and monitoring, food waste is minimised. We offer a one or two-choice main course with salads, a freshly baked bread selection and tea/coffee. We have a selection of five chicken menu options, five beef options, three seafood options, and three vegetarian options to choose from. Organisers can choose two meat dishes and one vegetarian dish. We have six side salad options and two dessert options accompanied by a fresh fruit salad.
BBQ
On warm summer days, there is nothing like a freshly prepared BBQ with all of the trimmings. At our Dublin conference venue, we like to take full advantage of the warmer weather while we have it so we offer the option of a delicious BBQ for conference breakout times. Our BBQ menu options include beef burgers, BBQ Korean chicken, pork sausages, Lamb Kofta and more. Vegetarian options include Beyond Meat burgers and vegetable skewers and every option is served with a selection of fresh salads.

While eating within the conference space saves time and effort, sometimes it’s nice to break out fully and change locations for your meal. Our restaurant provides delicious lunch and dinner options in DCU’s largest restaurant, conveniently located on the Glasnevin campus. We can cater to large groups in a banquet-style setting, with varied and seasonal menus wherever possible.
