For something a little more substantial or if meeting attendees are with you for the day, order some delicious lunch we have something to suit all tastes and appetites. Order tea, coffee and biscuits for your guests with a sandwich and wrap selection filled with the freshest, tastiest ingredients. You can add on some fruit skewers and finger food too. We also offer a selection of deliciously healthy salad bowls and boxes with filings like chicken fillet with fresh goats cheese or Buffalo Mozzarella. For colder days, we offer hot main courses which include Beef and Guinness Casserole, Chinese Style Chicken Rice Stir fry and Irish Lamb Stew. Canapé and Finger Food Selection

Our canopies are prepared to order using the freshest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. They’re great with a glass of wine while meeting attendees get to know each other during a breakout session. Choose four of our delicious canape options, which include Chicken Mousse with Tarragon Cream Cheese and Chive Tartlets, Seafood Tempura of Prawns Chilli and Lime Dip and Lamb Kofta with Minted Raita Grilled Chorizo with Rosemary and Garlic Roast Potato Skewers. Served in the 1838 club, our banquet lunch is sure to impress visitors from far and wide. Choose one starter, a choice of two main courses and one of our satisfying desserts from our varied and extensive menu which caters to all tastes. Main courses include Slaney Roast Rump of Irish Lamb, Tomato and Cumin Jus on Rosemary Sweet Potato Galette or Grilled Sesame Crusted Salmon Fillet with Butter bean and Ginger Puree, Bok Choi, Gratin Potato. We offer both banquet lunch and dinner menus, depending on your event needs. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests and dietary requirements given adequate notice.
